Flow Motion Membership
Flow Motion is Skate City’s adult skate workshop designed to help you move with confidence, build flow, and skate with intention. These sessions are welcoming space for adults to learn, grow, and skate together.
Each week, Flow Motion members can attend a guided one-hour skate workshop. You'll need time to practice that new footwork you will be learning which is why Flow Motion members get an extra 45 minutes of exclusive practice time during Adult Night sessions. Whether you’re new to skating or refining your style, Flow Motion meets you where you are.

What is Flow Motion?
Flow Motion is Skate City’s adult skate program focused on building confidence, flow, and control through guided workshops and dedicated practice time. It’s designed for adults who want to improve their technique and footwork in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Who can join Flow Motion?
Flow Motion sessions are held weekly during Adult Night. Each session includes:
- A 1-hour guided skate workshop
- 45 minutes of exclusive practice time immediately following the workshop
Specific days and times may vary by location. Check your local Skate City.
Does this give me access at all Skate City locations?
Your membership is valid at all of our Skate City Roller Rinks locations, including:
Colorado: Austin Bluffs, Academy, Aurora, Littleton, Arvada, & Westminster
Missouri: Belleville
Illinois: St. Louis
When are the Flow Motion workshops?
Yes! Members are welcome at any other open skate sessions at regular admission prices ($8/skater).
What if I miss a session?
That’s okay. Flow Motion is flexible — attend when you can and pick up where you left off. There are no penalties for missed sessions.
Are skate rentals included?
No. Skate rentals are not included and are available for an additional fee of $5. We have skate rentals for $5. We carry sizes for toddlers to adults in both inline and quad/roller skates.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Flow Motion membership is valid for one adult skater. Friends and family over 18 years of age are welcome to get a Flow Motion to participate with you in the workshops.
